Way back in 1989, before the Internet as we know it, there was a little movie called Batman. It was directed by Tim Burton, written by Sam Hamm, and starred Michael Keaton as Batman and Jack Nicholson as the Joker. It sent an earthquake through the comic industry, and was responsible for more business than any other movie before or since.

It was an exciting time for Superhero fans, and while we now live in a golden age of comic-based movies, there’s still some space for nostalgia of the first time we saw Batman and the Joker and the big screen.
